ANINE STANG
Anine Stang is singer, songwriter and actor from Norway.
She received her music degree from the prestigious songwriter’s academy “Musikmakarna” in Sweden.
In 2010 she released her first single Trying You On, through a licensing deal with Universal Music. The music video wowed celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, and remained on MTV’s Top 10 list for several weeks.
She has graced the covers of Norway’s biggest music and fashion magazines: Costume, Massiv, Mann, and Noahs magazine (Norway’s PETA) to name a few.
Her songs have been in high rotation on Norway’s biggest pop stations such as NRK mp3, NRJ, and P5.
Anine has been featured on several popular TV shows such as, Popstokk, Beat for Beat, Melodi Grand Prix, and The Battle of the Choirs—the most popular Norwegian Friday night entertainment show, where she represented her hometown, Oslo, with Team Anine.
The video for the song “Dominoes” was nominated for Best Music Video at the UK film festival, and won two prices: Award of Excellence and Best Cinematography at the Los Angeles Movie Awards in January 2012.
She’s toured in the US and has performed for massive crowds in Norway, at big festivals and concert events including NRJ in the Park, and Hafslund Miljøfestival.
Anine currently lives in Los Angeles, and her latest single Badass Motherfucker was released September 29th 2017.
